Strike Assist - Weapon damage when an ally strikes an enemy!
Guard Assist - Leap in and take an attack for an ally! They take 3/5 damage until they're hit again.

Invert (After Acting) - Select any number of Time Effects or Familiars you've created which are currently in play. When the Time Effect takes effect, or on the Familiar's next action, the effects of its abilities are reversed; attacks heal, recovery effects deal damage, buffs become debuffs and the like.
Destruction (After Acting) - Destroy any one of your time effects. A second effect gains a +100% modifier when it ticks to 0.
Disaster (After Acting) - Destroy any 2 of your time effects. A third time effect is now T: Group when it ticks to 0.
Farsight (After Acting) - Select an active time effect. Add an additional time card of the same type at 50D that follows all rules and modificiations as the other.

Repurposed from The Land Wardens [Slash 'n Load] in Terchuan this weapon uses the recoil of the crossbow to feed the [Silver Mirror] energy. Since the weapon uses a kind of coil-like casing around the bolt loader and the bolt's metallic parts glow Anton has dubbed it [Star Coil]. It leaves a brief glowing trail along its trajectory.

Ars Phonie
Sc: You have a latent magic ability that allows you to see auras - an invisible signal as to a person's character, which you interpret as sensory information, often as ambient music. Auras can be difficult to interpret, but generally give you a feeling of someone's mood and importance - when a powerful personality enters the area, you notice! If you're in someone's presence, you can always detect their current pressure. When you're familiar with an aura, you can also sometimes detect it when that person is having an effect on something, even if they aren't directly present.
Rf: When you hit a nerve, and someone who was concealing their true nature reveals it, and their aura shifts, you can restore one luck to an ally.

Sc: You have a special, magical mode of fast transport, possibly flight. Ars Aero benefits skill checks made while it is in use.
Rf: Once per expedition, when someone is delighted by how you travel, restore one luck to an ally.




Anton's force gear is installed on his boots. Where the laces would be are a series of tubes that form a complex circuit. A ragnite battery is stored in a compartment at the top of the boot where one would normally find a buckle. At the base of the boot is a reinforced plated exterior with several small exhaust ports and a large one on the heel.


You're probably wondering how someone like me ended up in the fatebreakers, huh? Boy you're in for a story tonight~

So I'm a member of the church. I mostly just do odd jobs here and there y'know, maintain peace in the city. It's what my job is all about. You'd kind of expect people from the church to y'know, preach stuff. But Masharas is in a pretty unique situation nowadays. One day I had a slew of requests. They started out pretty simple. Milk some cows on the farm nearby since someone was sick, help turn over the next guys fields. Who was anyone kidding, though? This sort of work is a cinch. For my last job of the day though I had to baby-sit. At first I thought watching a bunch of kids would be easy. But it turned out I couldn't be more wrong.

To my complete and utter dismay, there were seven whiny kids in the house. Even for a professional like myself, seven kids are a bit much. If there's one thing you'll learn about me quickly though it's that I'll always try my best! I got straight to work and cradled the ones who wouldn't stop crying, changed their messy diapers, broke up fights over toys, and even managed to do a ton of small jobs around my client's house, like washing the laundry, cleaning up, and taking their pets for a walk. By the end of it I was pretty worn out, but I could never forget my duty to go back and report to the church.

So I was on my way to report when suddenly somebody grabbed me by the collar from behind. Turning around, I saw it was someone more scary than any monster alive. It was Ms. Caroli. There's no way they're still reading this right? The first two paragraphs seemed pretty normal so… "So you think you can just run off and goof off in town everyday, skipping out on your studies, do you?" The words pierced my heart and it was at that precise moment that I realized this was not the Divine Oracle I had grown familiar with, but actually a foreign assassin! I leapt back drawing my crossbow as I narrowly dodged the knife. In the distance I heard a scream from the house I was babysitting for. A dozen assassins came out, holding the family hostage.

"Why are you doing this?" I called out. "Strife brings nothing to be borne… it only extends the barren wilderness within our hearts!" My opponents stared at me with a dumbfounded expression behind their masks. It was clear that they had me surrounded. Scratching my head I smiled and clarified. "Haha… it looks like you all didn't understand what I was trying to get across. What is it that is most precious above all?" Slamming my fists together one hundred Antons covered the battlefield! The tables had turned. I cried out as I fired a volley of bolts, "It's love and peace, baby!" Within a minute the family was inviting me over for dinner. What's more, the Pope personally congratulated me when I got back. They spoke in front of the entire city proclaiming "Anton, you have swam across the sea of possibilities and chosen your own fate. You are well on your way to shaping the future of this country." So, like, after a big deal like that who wouldn't become a fatebreaker?
