Everyone manages to duck out of the way, including the friendlies, except for Jimmy, who gets knocked into the wall and out

Kolitk jumps on top of the machine and wanders over to the mass of bio. Then starts breaking the peices of the machine around it.
Mechameson falls down in the ground, the general dead inside the cockpit hurt by the broken machine. The various parts of Mechameson detach from eachother now that the living matter keeping it connected is dead. The friendlies who were behind you providing fire support now are around you. Those enemies who were coming towards you now are running away

Kolitk will find out that whatever she's using to break off the pieces of the machine ends up covered in various patches of transparent goop. Those stuffs work like Healing Springs, there are enough for 6 of them.

The friendlies return to close to Alexa when they notice the hyperwarper is about to activate! Then, once against the wavefront opens up and swallows you all. You travel more through hyperspace, until… You appear to be accelerating at an extreme speed, way too fast is what your senses tell you. The hyperwarp generator suddenly lets off sparks, and you can feel like a black hole was sucking you forward

You're all in a lab currently. There are a variety of materials around, everything is pretty insulated and tightly shut. The dominant features are cages, devoid of any animals right now but this apparently used to be a test lab for chemicals

JayM: //Well… It’s simple. Hyperwarp engines require large sizes for a reason, the precision of the engine requires a huge energy controller and incredibly complex computers, of Savant level at least. This thing seems to work with alchemical transmutation of energy and it bends a few laws of nature, to say the least. It's far from being precise, it merely works, and doesn't works well
JayM: At least, that's what you can divine out of it for now, including the nifty help file you found somewhere

JayM: //It is a fairly standard research lab setup. A large variety of labs around a central living area. Also a sealed area for biohazard tests
Alexandra`` sits down. She’s thinking of sitting this one out to take more than five minutes to figure out this device…
AshleyVonT‘ frowns. //"I hope you all don’t mind…" * Ahsley takes a momment to raise the bodie sof the dead Illirians.

That Ilirian just swims away, towards the door, going off to finish the damned mission himself. The other two follow him

Alexandra‘` plods behind, occupied with the warp device …
AshleyVonT` follows along as well, she’d indicate for the corpse to takepoint or as much as it can.
The corpse lags a bit behind, but the trio let their undead ex ally take point. The doorway opens up in to a corridor that stretches left and right, with doors lining both walls. The trio head right, being careful to avoid the occasional windows. Through each window it's possible to see Ilirians working on a varity of waterbound animals
There's also, here and there, those freaky-looking entirely sealed tubes that you can't see inside, and from the look there are as many security measures around them as possible
In each end of the hallway there are also a set of dual steel doors, locked, of course. The trio will eventually reach one of those dual door sets. One of them gets to working into tryeing to open up the door
AshleyVonT: "I can only imagine the possible research subjects contianed within this place, The work here is most intriguing."
Kolitk: "…"

JayM: Well, you all can notice that the researchers look up, and then they head to computers. The Ilirian working on the lock curses

Jimmy goes to unlock the lock. Because he’s actually competent at that sort of thing!
The window is smashed, and the researchers start to swim away towards the back of the lab. Shards of glass float lazily now around the broken window

Eins shelters Ashley from the shattered glass as Ashley yells out a command for the corpse to attack the researchers.

The Ilirians take a left, and then force their way into another lab. This one has a varity of… Those look like a type of horned mammals… Are being tested on. The researchers back off and the trio starts setting up a barricade. One of them then grabs one of the researchers and seems to yell something to him, but he’s not yelling at his mic
AshleyVonT‘ looks over the horned mammals, trying to identify what they are.
JayM: //Those are Shurias, they’re native to Tyrian and are quite resistant to high temperature
AshleyVonT: "…Wonder what they are doing with tempature resistant mammals…"

Following after them, you all eventually reach a long empty corridor, without doors or windows. Just in the other end it's a single door. The Ilirians stop short of the entrance to the corridor, though "#this is suspicious…#"
